About this project
The event brought together over 300 Director's of this international business, flying them in form every corner of the globe. After the initial site visit we were able to design a solution that fitted the brand. Simplistic and Professional.
The event was over 2 x Days and involved Breakout Rooms, Exhibition areas, Gala Dinner and offsite presentations.
We helped bring together all suppliers to produce a seamless AV solution that also involved content design and build for our clients presentations. . An event App was designed and used for the event providing all the information a delegate could need.
